Boko Haram terrorists allegedly kidnap 8 passengers in Oyo

Suspected Boko Haram terrorists allegedly kidnapped eight passengers from a vehicle in Oyo state on Thursday.

The Oyo state public relations officer, Adekunle Ajisebutu, has reportedly confirmed the unfortunate incident.

Police officers have been dispatched to search for the abducted persons, by the state’s commissioner for police.

Eight passengers were allegedly kidnapped from a bus plying the Igboho-Igbeti road, Oyo state, by suspected Boko Haram terrorists on Thursday, March 15, Vanguard reports.

The passengers were reportedly told to alight and get into another vehicle parked by the roadside, by the terrorists, who were said to have emerged from a bush at Old Oyo National Park.
